Musical Workshops of summer 2010

All workshops start on a sunday afternoon, at the end of the workshop you depart on a saterday morning.

Costs

The costs of the workshop, inclusive stay, are 375 Euro. If you enroll before 15 april you will get 25 Euro discount, so then you pay only 350 Euro. Expect to spend about 8 Euro a dag for food and drinks during the week.

Practical issues

A maximum of 15 persons can participate in a workshop, except in the singers workshop where the maximum is 20. The workshops are given in the small church of Acquet.

During the workshop cooking is done for us by our fantastic cooks, but setting the tables and washing the dishes is our job.

For those who do not want to camp on the premises there are a limited number of sleeping places available in the house, please reserve in advance.

There are two little caravans on the premises which are for rent at € 7,60 a night.

Enrollment

After sending the enrollmentform you will receive an email acknowledging your enrollment and requesting a down payment for the workshop in particular. Your reservation is final after a downpayment of 187,50 Euro (before 15 april: 175 Euro) on giro account 6998316 of: M.F.B. Tissen inz. Marxreizen, E. Zoudenbalchstraat 42, 3552 AM Utrecht.

Cancellation

On cancellation you will receive a waiting list, if existent, to find a substitute participant. If that does not work the downpayment of 187,50 Euro (before 15 april 175 Euro) will be charged. In case of cancellation within a month before departure the whole amount will be charged.

Transport and pooling

After enrollment you will receive a precise description of the route or information concerning the train connections.

People travelling with their own means of transport offering free seats and people who want a lift may contact each other via the "pooling" service. You can participate in the pool by indicating this in the enrollmentform. MARCreizen will send you an access code in order to log in. Via the "pool" you can make your transport arrangements.
